Dalia is a partner in CMS’s Energy team in London, advising a wide range of investors, developers, utilities, lenders and governments on energy projects and infrastructure for over 10 years. She has extensive experience of negotiating power, gas and hydrogen offtake agreements and advising on carbon capture usage and storage (CCUS) projects in the UK and internationally.
